Job Description

The Treasury Officer manages cash flow resources efficiently ensuring liquidity, through deep evaluation of business necessities; ensures the Facility?s Operation processes are performed efficiently and correctly by supervising the cash flow related activities, controls and reports.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  2. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash management..
  3. Count and document cash earnings per shift and deliver deposit voucher with cash collected
  4. Elaborate daily closing cash flow reports
  5. Plan monthly and weekly cash flows
  6. Perform cash closure matching with applied discounts, promotions, courtesy passes and presale reports against system data
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury functions.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions that may impact treasury operations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

  8. Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  9. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  10. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
