Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Amadeus ticketing to join our team in Doha. As a Travel Consultant, your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional travel services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Amadeus for efficient ticketing and reservations. Your primary responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:

  1. Amadeus Expertise: Proficiently use Amadeus for flight reservations, ticketing, and related travel services.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing travel inquiries, needs, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  3. Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, using Amadeus for seamless booking and ticketing.
  4. Destination Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  5. Booking Management: Efficiently manage flight and hotel reservations, create travel itineraries, and coordinate travel logistics, ensuring clients satisfaction.
  6. Travel Regulations: Stay updated on international travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines, providing accurate information and ensuring travelers compliance.
  7. Sales and Upselling: Promote additional travel services, such as insurance and packages, enhancing the clients travel experience while utilizing Amadeus for pricing and availability.
  8. Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary travel documents, including visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  9. Problem Solving: Handle travel-related issues, changes, and emergencies with efficiency, offering viable solutions and support, particularly when it comes to Amadeus ticketing adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant with a strong background in Amadeus ticketing.
