1. Responsible to promote and sell all Air & Non-Air products and services to all walk-in customers2. Achieve your set sales and revenue targets3. Responsible to prepare quotations / recommended travel itineraries based on customer requirements4. Responsible to provide best pricing / service to the customer after carefully comparing the rates with multiple suppliers5. Upsell & Cross sell our products and services6. Ensure appropriate payment is collected for all products and services sold to the customers7. Gain and improve your product knowledge by attending training programs, supplier roadshows and reading etc.8. Effectively communicate with the operations team or suppliers and ensure the customer demands are met and the business is materialized9. Responsible to educate the clients on all requirements and travel documents pertaining to their travel10. Maintain contact with the customer during their travel as well as Pre / Post their travel and establish professional relationship with our customers11. Attend to customer needs in case of any emergencies or on road issues during their travel.12. Attend telephone enquiries and be available to attend your customer13. Be innovative to improve the customer service and profitability to the organization.
