Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs for our organization. A background in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous for this role.Job Responsibility:

  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
  • Assess training needs within the organization and create appropriate training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure training meets organizational goals and objectives
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in any field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
