- In Charge with hiring of drivers (In House), preparing training slides, in house theorical training, arranging On Road training, Coordinating with suppliers to get forecast of drivers supply, checking all drivers are on Suppliers Iqama, getting all the required documents from driver and maintaining a file of each drivers, Also managing the inventory of Property (T-shirt , Pants, Mobiles, Sim, Bags, Jackets, Boxes, etc.) any property issued to driver needed to updated on his file and when drivers leaves all the property should be collected or amount to be deducted from driver. Excellent Knowledge of Excel and formulas should be able to create report as requested. initially ready to work for 10-11 hours daily.?
