We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.?? Plan, convene and deliver security training programs for Teyseer Security Services (TSS) designed with the overall intention of improving the competence of workers.?? Liaise with Operations department to ensure specific operational requirements are understood and covered in the training.?? Contribute to the design, planning and reviewing of courses across TSS?s Security program.?? Work with fellow Security Trainers and Manager to ensure consistency in use of materials and training practice.?? Liaise and offer support where appropriate to other Security Trainers working on TSS training programs to ensure consistency of practice.?? Ensure the efficient administration and smooth running of the courses?? Represent TSS at training events and other networks and forums.?? Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.?? Conduct a written test to ensure that the trainees gained adequate knowledge from the delivered training material.?? Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, presentations. etc.?? Maintain a database of all training materials?? Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the line manager or organization.?
