Job Description

The Traffic Management Coordinator will report directly to the Creative Director.The role of the Traffic Manager Coordinator is leading the planning and fulfillment of the full workload of the creative studio, while ensuring timely delivery of creative projects and tasks.The Traffic Management Coordinator will be working closely with the full-time dedicated employees to ensure all deadlines are met and workload is prioritized based on the organizations Communications requirements. The Traffic Management Coordinator will also act as a primary focal point for all projects/tasks/requests that are directed to the creative studio from the various unit focal points and other agency members within the organizations Communications Directorate.Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all creative projects and tasks
  • Managing and planning all work through the creative department
  • Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, deadline, and project deliverables.
  • Assessment of creative output as per the client brief
  • Daily management of projects and schedules
  • Reporting on project status and workloads
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing timely communication between the relevant organizations Communications units.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work with focal points of the various organizations Communications units in implementing deadlines and process workflows.
  • Foster harmonious working relationships within the creative studio
  • Create impact on the general management and overall growth of the studio
