Job Description

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:This individually contributing role ensures his/her unit/division marketing plans are line with the principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner.Customer/ Supplier: Internal/External

  • First level Customer/ supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spends Solves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines
  • Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction and contributing towards developing customer loyalty and principal retention programs.
People Management Provides operational support to assigned trade marketing representativesAnalysis Analysis basic information to provide decision support on:o Marketing spendso Investment plan by customersInnovation Identifies needs and improvement opportunity Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level, such aso Consumer promotionso Promo packagingOperations
  • Responsible for tracking of job orders
  • Responsible for the listing of promos
