Job Description

Purpose:Reporting to the Manager, Depot Operations, the Coordinator, Allocations is responsible for managing driver allocations against available rosters (e.g. rest, location, trained routes). This position is responsible for managing the Supervisors, Allocations at the TBS Depots.Primary Duties:

  • Manage driver allocations according to daily rosters.
  • Ensure drivers are at correct locations.
  • Manage and ensure driver rest periods are maintained.
  • Manage driver bus routes roster/system service changes.
  • Implement revised bus systems /driver operating schedules as directed.
  • Be mindful of State rules, regulations and laws relating to TBS operations, including Worker Welfare and HSSE.
  • Participates in Test Events/Trips of new revised systems routes.
