Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Testing & Commissioning Engineer (E&I) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems in process condensate and chemical plants, as well as in commissioning of piping, tanks, and pumps.Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Process Plants: Oversee the commissioning of process condensate and chemical plants.
  • Piping, Tanks, and Pumps: Ensure proper commissioning of piping systems, tanks, and pumps.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all testing and commissioning activities, including test results and reports.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or defects identified during the testing and commissioning process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
  • Education: B.E / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of process condensate/chemical plants, commissioning of piping, tanks, and pumps.
  • Process Background: Strong process background and brownfield experience is a must.
  • GCC Experience: Similar experience in the GCC is required.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
