Job Description

A Tender Officer is responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. They work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all tender submissions are accurate and meet the clients requirements. The Tender Officer also plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring that all required information is included and that deadlines are met.
  2. Review tender documents and contracts, identifying any risks or issues that may affect the companys ability to meet the clients requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop winning tender strategies and proposals.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  5. Manage the tender process, including tracking and reporting on the status of all tender submissions.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or a related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
