Job Description

  • To understand the portfolio migration tasks and awareness of the product features and benefits of the new products.
  • Conduct the conversion calls to the customers and trigger printing the cards via kiosks, activate and spend on the cards.
  • Meet the conversion targets
  • Ensure that customers are fully aware of the closure/stopping of the existing cards.
  • Ensure proper MIS is generated.
  • To achieve Financial˙and Non-Financial Sales Targets of all assigned Products.
  • Understand customer?s requirements and advise solutions based on the policies and guidelines set by the Bank
  • Meet˙customer˙expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.˙
