The Telecommunication and support Engineer is responsible for Administrating internal/external, telecommunication systems, troubleshoot issues arising in telecommunication, and provide technical support to, problems related to telecommunication connectivity to ensure minimum downtime, thus achieving user satisfaction and also?responsible for Providing first/second level user supports to the company and its subsidiaries system users and participate in establishing and the maintenance of the service standard.
