This role will manage the preventive maintenance and repair services of Temperature Control units on commercial vehicles.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of reefer units to ensure proper functioning.
Diagnose and repair issues related to refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on reefer equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Respond to emergency repair requests and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in reefer maintenance.
Ensures that all health and safety policy and internal procedures are followed.
Maintains records of active operational hours for all units
Provides mentoring and coaching as required to new drivers and junior technicians
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical and regulation publications.
