Job Description

Principal Accountabilities are the main actions to perform in order to achieve the expected end results that must me accomplished in order to fulfill your job purpose

  • Conducts the in house trainings to all service personnel as required
  • Prepares and coordinates external trainings (eg. Toyota-Bahrain & Japan)
  • To Provide reports indicating training attended for each service workshop employees and ensure proper training is provided to all service staff.
  • To assist in planning yearly training schedules for service advisor
  • To assist in planning yearly training schedules for general technicians/body technicians.
  • To assist in planning yearly training schedules for paint technicians
  • To prepare report and compute compliance of the required certification ratio for service advisors and technicians
  • Coordinate with technical team to facilitate training related to non-FIR issues
  • To support in working closely with the technical team in solving and/or escalated technical issues received from workshop or reception
  • To provide support for on-site training and support for service workshop requirements
  • To execute the skills contest categories - SA Skills contest, General Job Technician skills contest, body and paint technicians skills contest
  • To prepare necessary reports and MIS related to monthly TSM evaluation of all service workshops
  • To assist in execution of customer service excellence awards scores
  • To ensure that the execution of Toyota Service campaign procedures are properly set and coordinated to all service workshops
