To impart training for workshop employees ???????????????
To Provide reports indicating training attended for each service workshop employees and ensure proper training is provided to all service staff.
To assist in planning yearly training schedules for service advisor?
To assist in planning yearly training schedules for general technicians/body technicians.?
To assist in planning yearly training schedules for paint technicians?
To prepare report and compute compliance of the required certification ratio for service advisors and technicians
Coordinate with technical team to facilitate training related to non-FIR issues?
To support in working closely with the technical team in solving and/or escalated technical issues received from workshop or reception
To provide support for on-site training and support for service workshop requirements?
To execute the skills contest categories - SA Skills contest, General Job Technician skills contest, body and paint technicians skills contest
To prepare necessary reports and MIS related to monthly TSM evaluation of all service workshops?
To assist in execution of customer service excellence awards scores?
To ensure that the execution of Toyota Service campaign procedures are properly set and coordinated to all service workshops
