Job Description

Overview:We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our contact center team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for contact center and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality of our systems. The role requires:

  • excellent problem-solving skills

  • strong understanding of technical concepts related to contact center operations/services.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to agents via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, network configurations, and system compatibility.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain detailed records of support provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of support documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for agents on technical features or issue resolution processes.
