Knowledgeable in installation, termination, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting all ELV Systems including but not limited CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intercom, Network Clocks, Audio visual, Security Sensors, all related cabling, and other systems as assigned.
Effectively troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or any component in the system.
Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all ELV systems hardware and software.
Able to read and understand as-built drawings, scope of work, and blueprints.
Respond timely to service / emergency calls.
Interact with the customers in a polite, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
Maintain good communication and professional relationship with customers.
Report issues requiring vendor escalation or parts/materials.
Familiar with standard and local code requirements like MOI-SSD guidelines.
