A challenging role to establish a city office for the E-Commerce platform proposing a business plan for annual sales targets, achieving the goals and objectives set by the management. ?Building and leading a high-performance team of Fashion Creatives, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Relation. The Boutique manager is expected to have a merchandising, knowledge experience of the market needs and fast selling products in the market.Responsibilities:???????Develop a market action plan for the city including, but not limited to sales target, products collection, public relations, and identify best marketing tools for the city.???????Propose and ensure the implementation of the customer satisfaction strategy.???????Propose and ensure the implementation of logistics strategy.???????Identify Market needs.???????Identify fashion creatives in the city and establish a network with them.???????KPI base evaluation.????????Monitor, supervise, and maintain smooth day-to-day business and team activities.???????Achieve the Target of having the best Fashion Designers in Saudi Arabia, to showcase their collections in our E-Commerce platform.???????Provide detailed weekly reports of the work done according to the priorities and tasks granted individually???????Any other responsibility and tasks giving by the management.
