Ensuring best possible environment and operational support to sustain an uninterrupted operations of the centre for tenants and shoppers
Technical supervision of all relevant plants and services related to the operations of City Center Doha
Management and Coordination of all services related to the operations of City Center Doha
Set-up, monitoring and continuous improvement of Policies and Procedures for the department
Identification of CapEx and OpEx requirements and budgeting for the measures accordingly
Ensuring best Quality / price ration in Procurement of services and materials
Monitoring and supervision of Facility Management Department.
Organization of staff and work scheduling.
Identification of performance enhancing measures
Preparation and monitoring of CapEx and OpEx Budget.
Processing of Invoices according to Policies and procedures.
Participation in tenant coordination meetings, support in technical matters
Hand-over and return of tenant premises.
Monitoring and supporting of tenant planning and reconstruction works including revision of drawings
Obtaining necessary approvals from authorities
Compliance with Health and safety regulations
Identifying potential H&S risks and implementing counter measures
Communication with stakeholders
Support in execution of marketing measures
