Job Description

Key Role:Estimation of projects, Preparation of Tenders, Technical correspondences with vendors, and stakeholders, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff. Check site reports, Coordinate with projects manager and support the projects with technical solutions and alternatives, Utilize the latest technical engineering construction methods, Tracking the market latest technologies and prices, Value Engineering Comprehensive usage.Duties & Responsibilities?

  • Managing multiple projects and associated construction , T works.
  • Liaising, negotiating, consulting with all project stakeholders such as Client, Consultants, Main and Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Managing technical and procurement offices for multiple projects to meet specification and budget.
  • Main and Sub Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution
  • Maintain contractual Records
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contracts correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
  • Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes
  • Handle on-going issue and change management
  • Ensure contract close-out, extension or renew
  • Locating, negotiating, contracting and managing sub-contractors labour, resources, materials and procurement schedules to ensure the sub-contractor complies with quality, specification, cost and time.
  • Budgeting and programming multiple projects to meet cost and time constraints.
  • Supervising QA/QC and HSE personnel to make sure the projects are conducted in a safe and environmentally, sound manner while maintaining quality and meeting required project standards.
  • Recruiting, allocating and managing required project supervision, such as engineers, foremen, gang leaders, etc., to multiple projects to manage and supervise the works.
  • Identify, manage/mitigate and notify delays or penalties.
  • Closing out and completing projects and contracts to stakeholders? satisfaction
