QatarAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1-monthEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent?CANDIDATE PROFILE:Open to Jordanian, Lebanese and European nationalsMale, 40 years old and below?EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Computer Science/Engineering graduate or any related certificationAt least 2 to 5 years of industry experience (IT Field, Financial Markets, and Experience in the SWIFT unit of a bank)Proven track in software installation and troubleshootingProven track in Networking, software installation and troubleshootingManaged working teams and successfully completed at least 4 major projects/implementations over a period of timeDemonstrated ability to develop skills, work effectively with the team dynamics, achieve goals and administer trainings?JOB DESCRIPTION:Communicate all customer implementation and support interactions to team membersParticipate in designing, developing and supporting new offers as requested by team leadRecommend and participate in the development of a QA/QC process with the development teamIdentify weakness / issue and recommend improvements in the company development processSupport newly developed solutionsTrain implementation and support staffDeliver product/service/solution training on an as needed basisDownload & notify users of relevant SWIFT documents to servers as requested by team leadAttend engineering team meetings to coordinate activitiesProvide backup and support for any implementation and support activity as requested by team leadPlan Deployments and Technical Designs with Supervising SeniorEnsure timely completion of projects and deploymentsCoordinate new technology vendor technical presentations as requested by team leadWork with selected vendors to test/develop new solutions for EN as requested by team leadComplete 150 paid implementations per year? - Keep Support backlog on minimal levelComplete 90% of implementations successfully within the deadlinesDevelop at least 2 technical documents to be added to the knowledge baseKeeps accurate and complete notes on all assigned tasksWork with managements to determine departmental prioritiesParticipate in companywide initiatives when assigned and requiredMaintain weekly reporting upon the request of his/ her superiorsand may need to work extra hours to meet deadlinesRequired to sit for long periodsBusiness Travel time: up to 60%
