Objectives:?Our client, well-known real estate company under a big group, is looking for a Team Leader Supervisor to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The main objective of this position is to market, promote and close deals on all existing portfolio within the company.?Responsibilities:?Market, promote and close deals on all existing portfolio within the company.Develop new business relations and increase property listing for both sales and leasing.Handle and delegate all clients? email and phone enquiries.Handle and delegate all client viewings to close deals in Qatar.Monitor and manage existing and new agency/corporate agreements.Execute events, dinners and exhibitions for new project launches.Assist sales department with all sales strategies.Assist sales manager with expanding the sales team and training new staff members in Qatar.??
