Job Purpose:Administer and optimize processes to manage stakeholders requirements across subsidiaries following the introduction of VAT in Qatar.? Train the organization to optimize resources usage and to raise awareness on the obligations of each employee.Duties & Responsibilities:Accounting and reconciliation for all VAT transactions across the subsidiaries.Training accountants in place to become more familiar with the concepts, the opportunities and the risks.Timely preparation and submission of the reports as requested by the authorities.Optimization of processes and documentation to enable smooth introduction and trackable operations.Communication with suppliers and vendors regarding VAT tax related topics.Working with treasury to optimize the cash flow.Point of contact for tax audits.Contribution to preparation of the annual tax submission.
