TANK INSPECTORSResponsible for inspecting storage tanks during fabrication, erection, welding, and testing stages, ensuring compliance with international standards (like API 650), reviewing quality documentation, and reporting non-conformances.?? Key Responsibilities- Inspection Activities- Conduct inspections during fabrication, erection, welding, and hydrotesting of tanks.- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and standards such as API 650.- Documentation Review- Verify welding records, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) reports, material certificates, and dimensional inspection reports.- Testing & Surveys- Witness hydrostatic testing, settlement surveys, and final inspections.- Identify non-conformances and monitor corrective actions.- Reporting- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation for project records.?
