About the role:As Talent Management Analyst you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

Conducting talent analytics and metrics to provide organizational insights
Coordinates the implementation of MATAR?s talent management initiatives by providing analytical expertise and solutions to business and HR.
Collects and coordinates aggregate data for the talent pipeline and translates the data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
Performs data profiling with complex data analysis
Develops operational reporting for distribution to internal management and internal customers
Leverages knowledge of Analytics and utilizes a variety of tools to frame complex problems in creative ways
Identifies opportunities for enhancement, improvement, automation, and synergies to existing reporting tools and capabilities
Participates in projects to select, design, develop, test, train, and implement talent related technology as needed
Promotes opportunities to use talent matrices to generate deeper insights and drive action in critical areas.
Communicates analysis in both written and oral formats to a wide range of audiences
