Ensure selection and placement of right talent into the organization within allocated budgets and timelines.
Identifying the routes and mapping the appropriate methodology for the best talent acquisition.
Liaising with the recruitment agencies to ensure the sourcing is in line with the organizations requirements.
Coordinating & Liaising with External consultants for recruitment trips for overseas and bulk recruitment.
Liaising with HR Business Partner to keep update with current vacancies and potential future requirements. Providing active support to the team on the best methods of talent acquisition & the recruitment process.
Monitoring and tracking of all recruitment activity, to ensure that roles are within both budget and head count.
Providing candidates with appropriate and constructive feedback.
Producing MIS reports as and when required and interpreting it to identify the recruitment trends and Analysis reports.
Managing all available recruitment sites e.g.. Bayt.com.
Managing the AAM career site and submitting reports as & when required.
Coordinating the interviews Scheduling the end to end process of interviews & providing the interviewers feedback to the candidate.
Coordinating with personnel department for the visa & documentation for selected employees conducting reference check.
To the above mentioned responsibilities it is possible that some others (related to the job) will be added by your Line Manager, if business will require it. In case the changes in the job content are significant, a new will be prepared by your Line Manager
