Providing Support to Data resource management team and coordinate with other IT team member to provide the database/application system for the business use.
Work closely with team leader to understand current project and support priorities and provide support for day to day deliverables as prioritized and requested by management.
Develop, maintain, and continually improve documentation for all Database Management System and Procedures.
Coordinate with network team and technical support team for optimizing the support service to users
Perform and ensure the backup and restoration activity and document the activities.
Perform and ensure the overall performance of database and application system On Premise and On Cloud by doing the comprehensive tuning approach from the design level to hardware/operating system level
Achieving the high degree of security for all database and application server system to comply with the standard security audit.
