Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to systems, services, and associated server hardware and operating systems, network devices (WAPs, switches?etc.), CIFS shares, Active Directory user accounts and group permissions. Participate in the disaster recovery program that involves business resumption and Emergency Operations Center activities, including planning, testing, and deployment of services associated with the operation of network systems. VMWare: with vSphere, vRealize Suite, NSX LB, NSX-T experience, VMWare CertificatesProvide support for Exchange Online, SMTP Gateway Servers, Email Security Appliances Design and implement best practices. Perform Azure Management related activities. Provide support for Exchange Online, SMTP Gateway Servers, Email Security Appliances. Handle security administration tasks. Perform Security Management related activities and provide support services as needed.
