Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to systems, services, and associated server hardware and operating systems, network devices (WAPs, switches?etc.), CIFS shares, Active Directory user accounts and group permissions. Participate in the disaster recovery program that involves business resumption and Emergency Operations Center activities, including planning, testing, and deployment of services associated with the operation of network systems.
