Job Description

Summary:-The Systems Analyst studies the organization?s current computer systems and procedures and recommends changes to programs, systems, and planning, to help information technology (IT) operate more efficiently and effectively.Job Responsibilities:-

  • Consult with business managers to determine how best to meet the organizations ? requirements.
  • Lead, configure and implement Dynamics D365 for your customers with a focus on Retail/Commerce processes in the back office, POS, and econ.
  • You use your knowledge of business processes and Dynamics D365 to develop solution concepts.
  • Collect the requirements, make a design of the solution that supports and optimizes the business processes of our customers in the best way.?
  • Ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested, and implemented.?
  • Coach fewer experienced colleagues and you can of course also be coached by the solution architect.?
  • You also contribute to any aftercare, such as organizing and providing workshops for user
