? Carry out the defined systems administration duties (excluding the systems parameters updates) using the available tools in order to allow user access to the system and facilitate effective system operations in accord with established guidelines and protocols.? Manage, monitor, implement, and troubleshoot active directory, Exchange Online 365,Windows Server for the AX ERP and other Windows servers.? Define and Manage cloud network using Azure virtual networks, VPN and express route to establish connectivity between on premise and cloud? Install, configure and monitor the physical and virtual servers as per defined procedures in order to accurately identify and report faults to the concerned personnel to take immediate action and resolve the problem at the earliest.? Provide first level technical assistance for servers issues to facilitate smooth running of IT operations at all times and maintain uninterrupted flow of work.? Monitor the logs, errors, and bugs and on daily basis to check if server and/ or software needs updates and act according to the approved planned with senior management accordingly? Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory? Provide help desk Support, to facilitate smooth running of IT operations at all times and maintain uninterrupted flow of work? Troubleshooting system problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults? Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software? Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses? Add Domain users & Fix Password issues.? Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk? Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation? Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software? Assist with on boarding of new usersMinimum Qualifications:??5-7 years? experience in IT with exposure to system administration and end user support? Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.? MCITP enterprise Microsoft certificate, ITIL, MCSA, Microsoft Exchange certificate.
