Job Description

MTM Group is hiring professional swimming instructors for one of the elite swim facility in Doha, Qatar.

  • Coaching and instruction of swimmers
  • This position is responsible for the safety of the participant in their own class.
  • Instruct students in the prescribed manner according to training and school guidelines.
  • Work hours as scheduled which includes beginning and ending class on time preparing and packing away teaching aids.
  • Instructs and evaluates students participating in swim lessons.
  • Submits completed skills sheets and attendance information on time.
  • Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
  • Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
  • All other appropriate duties as assigned.
Administration? Prepare appropriate lesson plans for classes.? Assist with capturing of swimmers data including attendance.? Dealing with swimmers queries.?
