Job DescriptionFramework Implementation and CoordinationSupport the ongoing sustainability framework project in coordination with the external consultants.Assist in the development and rollout of sustainability policies, procedures, and governance structures.Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for sustainability initiatives.Coordinate sustainability committee meetings and internal working group sessions.Collect, verify, and maintain sustainability and ESG-related data from relevant departments.Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures, internal progress reports, and external communications.Support preparation of presentations and documents for senior management and regulators.Serve as a central point of contact for sustainability matters within the organizationLiaise with internal departments, the external consultants, and relevant external partiesSupport awareness sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives to promote sustainability culture across the organization.Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and reportsCollaborate to integrate sustainability and climate-related risk considerations into the risk management processes.
