Job Description

  • Check the CRM queues for incoming disputes and analyze them.
  • Maintain the records in dispute register and close the case as per the agreed SLA
  • Check for incoming disputes (ATM/QPAY/NAPS) and take action as per the agreed SLA.
  • Validate time out, failed and excess credit transactions based on internal reports/systems and report the credits to QCB.
  • CRM Request need to be resolved with clear communications and supporting documents need to be shared with stakeholders within the stipulated time.
  • Perform Visa and Master card chargebacks.
