Achieve revenue targets of the MICE/ Leisure Travel department and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
Manage all air/ground leisure/holiday products and ensure best rates available for the customers. Understands clients needs and suggests a suitable and memorable holiday experience.Organizes travel from beginning to end, including air tickets, accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, and activities.
Ensure delivery of the highest service standards to customers in line with company?s policies and procedures achieving an error free operation.
Identify new destinations for leisure experience, conducts field trips to evaluate DMCs and suppliers, negotiates contracts terms with DMCs and other suppliers to create holiday outbound/inbound packages in the market including fixed departures
Handle and oversee all travel arrangements Air, Non-Air and operations
Initiate and implement marketing / promotional activities using social media and other channels and prepare promotional materials to sell travel product to the clients
Manage relationships with Airline companies and all other vendors
Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
Provide advice on travel documents, visa, insurance, etc.
Handle credit card programs and charges ? Encourage CC payment
Keep sales report, financial statements and documents updated and reports to the management on a weekly basis
Attend conferences/trade showstomaintain familiarity with tourism trends
Education & Skills
Graduate, IATA certified with minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Corporate Travel division of a TMC with a growth mindset
Excellent communication and Negotiation skills with strong business acumen
Superior knowledge of GDS and MS office ops
Passionate, Reliable, well organized, and tenacious with a never give-up attitude
Customer oriented, Quick learner, Team player and willing to go extra-mile
Multi-lingual, multi-tasking individual with great interpersonal skills
