? Dispatch and maintain records of equipments as per the requirement.? Inventory of lifting tackles and maintain the records? Maintaining equipments time card for invoicing/payments? Control all the documents for operations and manpower? Checking the validity of the relevant certificate and prepare the report? Adherence to all company and client specific QHSE policies? Adherence to all company and ISO and Operating Procedures as defined? Follow-up of Divisional internal/external QHSE training with the QHSE department.? Ensure safe work practices pertaining to the task.? Ensure daily toolbox meeting and provide accurate mission/task information.? Implement, monitor and correct defects identified on the Daily Equipment Safety Checklist before commencing.? Reporting of incidents and raise incident report (PIR) with accurate incident information and supporting evidence.? Reporting of client complaints and corrective actions.? Provision of PPE and staff adherence.? Monitor and maintain Fire extinguishers and First Aid Kit for the facility and equipment.? QHSE surveillance observations, audit findings, recommendation on incident outcomes and client recommendation must be implemented in coordination with QHSE representatives.? Promote safety culture and deter and stop unsafe acts.
