Job Description

  • To prepare record drawings and technical reports when appropriate.
  • Have a sound knowledge of site drawings and specifications.
  • To ensure the site staffs have the current drawings, specifications and construction details.
  • To attend technical meetings with project managers.
  • To ensure that upon receipt; all structural drawings are checked and the consultant is notified of any discrepancies, and that these are resolved.
  • To review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors.
  • To ensure thatwork is carried out in accordance with site quality manual and procedures.
  • To maintain site diary.
