Charterhouse are working with a semi-government client who is looking to hire a focused and project driven Strategic Planner/Trafficker to join their corporate communications division.Working in collaboration with the entire corporate communications team, you will play an integral role being responsible for the planning, delivery and trafficking on all communication projects such as, planning and production, organising and conducting project briefing sessions/meetings and monitoring and maintaining the project status list. You will also be responsible for all project workflows ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget allocation, management and allocation of staffing resources for each project, monitoring and forecasting workloads, contribute to the departmental budgets and provide complete support during business planning cycles and audits.
