Job Description

  • Responsible of Material Ordering in terms of coding, and coordination with buyers and suppliers and maintenance of Purchasing Orders.
  • Responsible of correct material prior and post receiving, and maintain updated records of all materials.
  • Issue materials as per projects/departments request and transfer materials as per request with maintaining accurate records
  • Ensure proper material and equipment stocking.
  • Monitor and Take control of the operation, updating and maintenance of the Inventory System to ensure that accurate information are being stored.
