Job Description

  • Responsible for tender?s and SGHs shipments (receiving, storage, delivering and documentation).
  • Get the data that is needed for tenders and SGH shipments.
  • Keep the soft and hard copy files for each shipment, which contain all shipment documents and any related data.
  • Responsible for sending and reading the data loggers for received shipments to the concerned party and following up on the replies.
  • Responsible for ?write expiry book?.
  • Responsible for keeping all regulatory and local authority certificates updated in the warehouse.
