Job Description

About the RoleThe Store Leader is overall responsible for the sales and staff of the store. You?have a major contribution in creating the annual sales budgets and then breaking it down into monthly sales targets. You will closely monitor the operational costs to ensure they are within the budgeted numbers. You are responsible for the customer service offered by the team and productivity and efficiency of the front and back office teams in store.?You will work closely with HR to develop the training and development needs of the staff. You will also work with the Operations manager to implement the SOP?s, work routines, checklists and guidelines. You willl constantly monitor competition to see any gaps and areas of advantage. You will liaise with the logistics executive to ensure that all orders are consolidated properly so that no delays for customers. You will interact with the product / master data executive frequently with feedback on product performance both internal and external. You will also map the customer journey to see the points of advantage and areas of opportunity.??Key Specific Accountabilities:Budgeting, Planning and Cost Control

  • Play active role in creating the sales budgets for the store
  • Break down the sales budgets on monthly and weekly targets
  • Control the SG&A costs?
Store Disciplines, SOP?s and Routines
  • Store SOP?s, work routines, checklists
  • Implement the daily/ weekly checklists?
  • Follow the store operating guidelines and ensure team follows the same?
Team Management
  • Create the productivity targets for the store team
  • Work with HR to create training and development plans?
  • Overall responsible for the Store rosters
Customer Service
  • Map the customer Journey to determine the strengths and weaknesses
  • Improve the customer service proposition by improving the NPS store
  • Responsible for both before and after sale journey
Logistics and Product
  • Work with Logistics executive to follow up on the order consolidations and ensure that orders are dispatched on time
  • Constant feedback to Product/ master data executive with inputs on product performance
