Job Description

  • To coordinate the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
  • To plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and Issue of products for all branches and receiving returns.
  • Co-coordinating after ensuring product availability and route arrangement.
  • Updating the stock report.
  • Physical check of products to ensure correct allocations.
  • Stock taking and allocation of products.
  • Prepare and retain all necessary documents for accounting and auditing.
  • Assisting for monthly reconciliation and inventory count.
  • Initiate all requests for replenishment of stock.
  • Communicating with other departments, staff and customers.
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
