Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
Track shipments and address any delays
Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
Receiving stock, ensure the right quantity is received, check against the receipt and in perfect condition, report to the Supervisor if products are damaged
Ensure all stock are properly placed in their correct locations and all stock items are safely placed on the shelves
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, and assist the Sales team in the replenishment where required
