Greeting customer/s, and if needed, confirming and taking reservations
Answering phone calls and giving basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and services
Preparing for customer/s by cleaning and setting tables
Assisting customer/s by providing menus; keeping menus clean and presentable
Serving water to customer/s and refilling beverage glasses as needed
Placing and replacing silverware as needed
Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, and salt and pepper containers
Clearing table as customer/s complete their meals and preparing tables for next guests
Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures
Assists in cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and other duties as needed
