ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Production Planning2. Complete production activities on time as per Plan and as instructed by the Production Manager3. Monitor day to day production activities4. Interact with the Sales team to understand customer requirements clearly5. Monitor rejection and rework level and plan to reduce the same6. Ensure to maintain all the Plant and machinery in good condition.7. Ensure that all production employees follow health & safety procedures8. Ensure to meet the production output based on the plan.9. Ensure to meet the target based on quantity and quality as per the requirement of the client.10. Visit the site to ensure productivity and progress based on quality and quantity required.
