Rendered first aid care for employees with injury & medical complaint.
Secure & ensure that the sick employees submit ?Fit to Work? certificates in case of prolonged sick leave.
Interpret & evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates.
Managed inventory of medicines & other medical supplies.
Reinforced health & wellness instructions during consultation in the clinic.
Referred patients to various specialists with health concern whenever necessary.
Report all work related injuries to the HSE officers; prepared & submit necessary reports or documents.
Screen & assists employees with regards to filling of sick leaves.
Performed other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Submission of Monthly Health related KPI?s.
Assuring that proper inventory of medicines are in place and Purchase Request Acquisition, to assure that medicines are sufficient for our colleagues.
Conduct quarterly inspection of all first aid kits on site, and make sure that everything is up to date.
All first aid treatments, both work and non-work related shall be reported to HSSE officer.
All First aid treatment shall be properly treated and evaluated and corresponding report shall be submitted.
Assure that all follow up check-up of workers, especially those personnel taking up maintenance medication will be done accordingly

Accountabilities:

Make sure that all medicines and all medical related facilities are up to date, with proper inventories.
List of medicines and other medical facilities to be requested must be submitted to HSSE officer.
Assure that all medical leave and hospital referral filed are properly assessed, to make sure the eligibility of the requestor.
Assure that first aid facility is properly cleaned as per standard by the QCHP.
Round the clock availability, to make sure that any work and non-work related injuries in the plant and accommodation will be attended.
