Reporting to Administration & Student Logistics Supervisor, as the contract holder, the incumbent is responsible for supervising and monitoring the catering operations at RLESC to ensure the service provider i.e. AMWAJ complies with standards, quality, hygiene HSE and other contractual terms.? The incumbent must have long experience in food preparation, food storage and handling, menu/ meals planning, counter customer services.?
