Manage and support the deployment of new virtual machines, App Gateway, NSG, Azure policies, Azure Load Balancer, VNETs, Resource Groups, Storage Account, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, Azure Functions, Containers, AKS & infrastructure environments in the Azure cloud.
Manage and support the Microsoft 365 applications that includes Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, etc.
Monitoring and enhancing the Azure datacenter and the security of current and future Azure environments.
Maintain a secure access across organization identity and access management with Active Directory & Azure AD.
Troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
Troubleshooting and resolving M365 email issues, configuration issues, security issues, etc.
Working with teams to integrate Azure infrastructure components into processes and procedures.
Manage and support ATP and Exchange online security related operational incidents
Monthly patching using Azure update and SCCM.
Manage and support Intune for mobile device management
