Looking for Project Director or Sr. Project Manager that will be responsible for overall direction and? management of design and construction projects, monitors on-schedule completion within or below? budget in accordance with contractual obligations; and monitors risks/problems and helps develop? options to resolve.??Roles & Responsibilities?? Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership? for successful implementation of project activities.?? Provides oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes? related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development? and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance. ? Oversees budget pipeline development and budget monitoring.?? Ensures the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required? standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.?? Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with? attention to budgetary limitations.?? Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.?? Manage costs, develops a detailed implementation plan in line with the agreed scope and? resources and budget.?? Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.?? Manage construction schedule and activities.?? Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.?? Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes. ? Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and? subcontractors?? Responsible to monitor scope development, scope management and commercial performance? of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Assists to plan and define program goals;? and methods to accomplish them; represents the client?s interests.
